Irene Radzykewycz

Irene Radzykewycz (nee Kassaraba) 94 passed away peacefully on March 29, 2023. Loving wife of the late Myron; mother of Peter, Roman (Sally); grandmother of Paul and Nicholas; sister of Roman Kassaraba (Marta) both deceased; Gene Kassaraba (deceased) (Olga); aunt and great aunt to many.

Born May 1st, 1928 in Lviv, Ukraine. She was a member of St Josephat church in OH and St. Mary’s Ukrainian Church in North Port, FL. Irene was a successful business woman and was most notably known as a gifted artisan and seamstress. The ancient art of Ukrainian Merezhyvo (a method of embroidery) was her passion and her personal clothing collection that she designed and crafted is a testament to her creative talent. Irene was also an avid art collector. She had unsurpassable dedication to her family, faith and her Ukrainian heritage.

Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at the St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 7700 Hoertz Rd., Parma, at 10 a.m. Interment St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
