Katherine Glawacky

KATHERINE GLAWACKY age 97, passed away peacefully April 18, 2022. Beloved wife of Harry (deceased); dear mother of Maria Miller, Geraldine Raddell (Bill), John (deceased) and Daria Piro (Nick); loving grandmother of Stephan Miller (Angela), Lisa Blanton (Brian), Jason Miller (Dena), Larissa Raddell (Paul), Becky Lombardo (Nick), Mary Raddell, Sara Jusek (Jeremy), Nick Piro Jr. (deceased), David Piro (Kim) and Joshua Piro and great-grandmother of Alec, Megan, Evelyn, Paul, Gabby, Gavin, Wyatt and Lilliana; longtime companion of John Klek (deceased). Katherine was an active parishoner of St. Josaphat Cathedral. She loved gardening and growing flowers in both Ohio and Florida. Katherine loved feeding everyone who came to visit, whether hungry or not (Here! EAT!!). She was a loving and generous “Baba” to all who visited her.

Friends may call for visitation at the KOLODIY-LAZUTA FUNERAL HOME, 5677 STATE RD., PARMA, FRIDAY 4-8 P.M. PARASTAS 6:30 P.M. Funeral Service Saturday, April 23 at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 5720 State Rd., Parma, at 10:30 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment St. Andrew Cemetery.
