RICHARD T. STEINER age 63, passed away February 5, 2013. Beloved son of the late Lena Fraticelli (nee Royse) and stepson of the late Hector Fraticelli; dearest brother of Lori, Michele, Patty and Hector Jr. Fraticelli; dear uncle of Richard Fraticelli; loving nephew of Carmella and devoted friend of many. Richard worked at Ohio Bell for over 22 years and was their first male operator. Proud Sergeant, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Vietnam War.
